What is notarised translation?
If the documents, such as marriage certificate, birth certificate and academic certificates, are in foreign language, they have to be translated into English before such documents can be accepted by authorities such as UK Border Agency or a Court of Law.
Our notary is proficient in Chinese languages and for this reason he can provide notarised translation without going through any other translation agencies. Our minimum fee for notarised translation is only £90.00. He can also read French and Spanish and so he can notarise any translated documents in the aforementioned languages without the assistance of translators.
For the other languages, the translator has to swear in front of our notary stating that the translation is a true and accurate. Such declaration is to be attached to the notarial certificate together with the translated texts and the receiving jurisdiction will accept the accuracy of the translation principally relying on the probative value of our notarial certificate.
FCO and Embassy Legalisation
We provide normal service and premium service with regard to FCO legalisation. Fees start from £35.00 (including FCO fee or Embassy fee) per document, depending on the number of documents to be legalised. Our turnaround time can be reduced to 48 hours if you can afford extra costs.
